Frequently Asked Questions

How much does this cost?
$10/month/user - that's it. Cancel any time. No strings attached.

Can I try Do before subscribing?
Yes! There is a 2-week free trial where you can try the full product and experience more productive meetings. Start your free trial today.

Is Do secure?
At Do, we place great emphasis on privacy and security. From your browser to our database, all of your data is encrypted and securely stored. Do supports TLS 1.2 and uses the ECDHE_RSA key exchange mechanism to ensure a secure connection to our servers. We also protect sensitive meeting data with 256-bit AES encryption.

What happens after my free trial ends?
When your free trial ends you will have read-only access to Do meetings. You can still sign in, but will only be able to access meetings through meeting links. However, because you have a Do account, if a meeting you attend has an attendee that is subscribed, you will have full access to the meeting page and its content when you’re logged in.

How do I access my meetings after my trial ends?
Once your free trial ends you can still access your meetings and their notes through their unique meeting links (URLs).

Do my co-workers need an account to collaborate with me?
Good question! Users don't need a Do account in order to view meeting notes, however if they wish to contribute to the meeting and collaborate on the meeting page (i.e. adding notes), they'll need to have an account.
